The departure ceremony of the third Turkish export freight train to China was grandly held at Ankara railway station. The train is loaded with 1000 tons of boron ore and 42 containers in total. The train departs from Turkey and will pass through Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and finally arrive at Xi’an, China, with a total distance of about 8000 kilometers and a running time of 12 days. The train passes through Baku-Tbilisi-Kars transnational railroad, which is an important part of Asia-Europe continental transportation network.
China will not recognize BNO for Hong Kong residents from 1-31-21

Sinovac vaccine arrived in Chile
The first batch of nearly 2 million doses of COVID19 vaccine from Chinese company Sinovac arrived in Chile on Thursday. The vaccine obtained emergency use authorization in Chile on January 20.

New Zealand upgrades free trade deal with China
After eight years and thirty rounds of negotiations, the New Zealand government has put pen to paper on what has been called the world’s largest free-trade agreement.
The deal offers some New Zealand goods faster access to Chinese markets and a reduction in tariffs for paper and wood products.
New Zealand will have 98 per cent free trade with China, its largest trading partner, once the agreement comes fully into force. The upgrade has primarily focused on reducing compliance costs for exporters, and other measures which ease access to China’s markets.
